Jillian Tedesco (@jilliantedesco) the CEO and founder of Fit-Flavors is a wife, and mom to two boys Vinny & Sal. Jillian’s career started when she was a personal trainer and nutritionist which lead her to becoming a certified chef. Filling a need for her clients busy schedules or lack of interest in preparing their healthy meals, fit-flavors was born. Jillian enjoys practicing yoga, weight training, and playing golf. Staying spiritually connected to God & physical fit is fuel to her spirit and keeps her high energy. Jillian believes she fulfilling God’s plan for her life by serving community, customers and her employees through the fit-flavors platform. Jillian was a regional finalist in 2016 with Ernst & Young for Entrepreneur of the Year. Currently Fit-Flavors has 3 locations, a smoothie bar, 50+ employees, and has short term plans to expand to nationwide and ship to your home or office.
